¿Prohibir o permitir las redes sociales en el trabajo?

En las últimas 3 semanas he recibido decenas de veces esta pregunta, y por tanto externo mi opinión al respecto. Para empezar cualquier prohibición de tecnología no solo la veo ridícula, sino por igual imposible.
